Morning people let's bring in some positivity.

Let's mention something that has gone well in your life or that you are grateful for, even just a little thing and give a congratulations, well done or "good for you" to the poster above.

If you want to tell us a funny incident, we'll give you a: LOL

So... I'm grateful that I woke up this morning. To live another day is a blessing in my opinion x

Last Sunday I had a football match and I wore some quite baggy boxers (I don't even know why I still had them) as I went in for a slide tackle another "tackle" decided to pop out the bottom of my boxers

So congratulations to me for embarrassing myself as usual

Wish I'd been there to see that!

Usual weekend morning with the kids for me - making pancakes whilst bopping away and listening to my youngest and her friends laughing at my 'mum dancing' (like dad dancing but with booby jiggles)! I love my life!! ????

I know what that's like and the sheer effort it takes to reinvent yourself so vry well done for taking the initiative and doing yourself justice.

I'm grateful for being two weeks without depression and anxiety.
