Have been to a couple of naturist sites in England on swinger rallies, St Annes near Ferndown and Lakeside near Spilsby. As long as you keep things private nobody minds. France has a few naturist campsites that are swinger oriented, where you don't have to keep things private.

Forgot to say Youtopia near Scarborough has swinger camping. It closed for a while but seems to be open again.
