I did dry jan....

but it would be foolish to get straight into it the very next day...

I did it last year and managed two weeks into February but this time around I'm hoping not to make up for it too much as I feel so much better

I didn't have a drink in January,that I can remember. I probably won't have one in February either.

i have a dry life pretty much - apart from the occasional sup - doesnt bother me at all
