Basically, she's more famous for the stuff she wears or very little than her talent.
Jay Z possibly signed her as a means of keeping BOTH Beyoncé & Rihanna on 'their toes' as Ora looks just like them.
Also, it's been known for a while that Beyoncé & Rihanna hate each other with a passion hence why they've never been on a record together - that alone would make them millions due to the hype.
So, Jay Z just plays all 3 against each other with Rita being in last-place.
Therefore, she's got to wear outrageous stuff to gain attention that's NOT about her singing.
Remember, he did the song - "Big Pimp'in". |

The vast majority would say yesh.
Jay Z said years ago on Mtv when interviewed by Sway that he like light-skinned Black Women he said they are 'The Queen' that every African-American Male in his neighborhood wanted.
His word not mine as I watched it & am into that music in a detailed manner.
Fab Swingers also isn't really "politically correct", if that's what you're after join The Green Party (nothing wrong with them as I've actually voted for them recently). |
