I was given this pineapple and apricot beard scrub from Lush for secret Santa. I laughed and took the piss, but when I tried it I was actually really impressed. Smells good, softens and sort of firms up the shape at the same time.

Just a bit of cheeky beard oil a couple of times a week, to keep it soft. It gets a brush every day though, or the bastard thing tangles up like a brillo pad.
