I had the same worry before our first time, is it something that I would just enjoy as a fantasy and not like when the time came to it.

Two choices really:

1) swing with another couple so that the other woman distracts any jealousy

2) find a considerate single guy who understands you may not go through with it and is willing to stop. Even if he's got the tip in already.
