Literally just out of interest is there a some kind of licence you need to open a club? And are clubs allowed alcohol licences? I dont wanna open a club just interested in knowing x |

You have to be licensed by the local authorities. Even if you don't sell alcohol but only serve it on a "bring your own booze " basis you still need one.
Some councils are more likely to grant a license than others. |
