What seemed to help me:
1) Lecithin, tablets or powder. Would add to my protein shakes. Recommend sunflower, not Soy because it's less estrogenic
2) Celery seed, would make it in boiling water like tea
3) pygeum, this stuff really was noticeable, both precum and main load. Have to be careful though as it can alter your hormone levels (testosterone Vs dihydrotestosterone). |

The stuff I posted helps me. I don't think it's a myth, however, I don't think it's a magic bullet either that will work with everyone. I imagine that they don't increase your semen production so much that they just allow your body to create what it is supposed to IF given the right nutrition. It's just about dealing with specific deficits of certain compounds etc |
