How to say "good-looking males wanted"
Jump to: Newest in thread
I've just seen a recent posting by a single woman who's keen to meet good-looking men. She specifies this requirement, however, by writing "Mingers need not apply". Am I the only one to think that's frank to the point of rudeness? Us mingers need to stick together - we've lost whatever looks we ever had, there's nothing else to lose! |

Haha! Ignore anyone who says that they want perfection, don't ever message them. If we all banded together and ignored them, they would get no attention whatsoever and be forced to join reality!
Haha! It's true though. |

If that's her attitude, would you want to meet her anyway? |

An additional thought to add to that. I've met many women on here who have said that I'm good looking. I've also met a lot who see me and say "You're not my type".
I think a lot of women have different ideas on good looks.
Some people will find you attractive. |

So hot people should be forced to fuck people they don't fancy?
If they want to fuck hot people then that's their right. |

What upsets me is (1) the arrogance of the statement - assuming that they're wonderful and (2) the sneering attitude to those that don't meet their standards - politeness costs nothing and there's absolutely no need to refer to people who aren't as drop-dead-gorgeous as they think they are as "mingers". |

Thing is, she said 'mingers' but we don't know who she perceives as attractive or not. But I agree, there are nicer way to speak to people. She could just say she only plays with people she finds attractive. Nothing wrong with saying she wants attractive/hot/pretty people. Using words like 'mingers' I think is just an ugly personality. |

Yup And I generally find that people using such statements on their profiles will then be back to complain bitterly that no decent men want to meet them, everyone is messing them around, etc etc. |

I agree. I don't think I'm amazing looking, I don't think I'm ugly either, but it's very unlikely that I'd message a woman who says that on her profile! By messaging, you're 'feeding' her ego and indirectly encouraging her behaviour. She's probably a bitch anyway! Loooool. |

"I think some people would fuck people on here that they wouldn't date in the real world "
Yep. I'm one of them I wouldn't date a man in his early thirties or late twenties and I don't kid myself that they would be taking me to the pub to meet their mates or home to mum |

It's fairly pointless taking what people say to the entirety of Fab in general on their profiles as something to be personally upset by.
There are plenty of people out there who say things that will make your toes curl on their profiles, but they are not directed at you as an individual unless you choose to see it that way.
Let it wash over you and move on! |

You've got a nice willy!
I have filters on so do all my own searching and messaging. All I ask on my profile is for people to only respond to me with face pictures and a couple of cock pics. I do say that I want attractive dark haired tall guys so if they fit what I want they message me back. |

The use of the word minger on a profile says it all for me. Even though I'm extremely attractive,if a man said no mingers because I'm too hot for them,I wouldn't be interested. |

in the words of Michaelangelo
the greatest danger for most of us is not that our aim is too high and we miss it, but that our aim is too low and we reach it -
I guess that sums it up nicely |
