I find lingerie on a woman highly attractive and that is heightend if the lingerie is sheer

I prefer to see a woman in sheer lingerie over her being naked.

Bonus points for hints of cleavage or the giggle zone if she is fully clothed.

Totally agree. Some of my favourite ladies on here (and you know who you are!) have photos that leave something to the imagination. A hint of cleavage, a smile, a hand down the front of her knickers...
