Lycra is an amazing invention. Although ive seen a few troglapigs that shouldnt be allowed to wear it.

I cannot recommend spinning enough, despite being into my cycling and the fitness benefits, I regularly have very tight and sexy lycra clad ladies only a few inches away. Once got picked up by the class instructor for steering at a lasses bum so much haha

Women runners in Lycra yes please, although I will say they need to stop running along side the roads, do they realise how dangerous this is, especially when I'm perving at them
