If you've not actually met you can't be sure they are who they say they are.You need to meet and get to know each other properly then form a loving relationship |

People can most definitely fall in love without meeting... if you talk a lot over time its like old fashioned courting.
It would be nice for those involved... and i found love on a car site, so it can happen anywhere, doesn't mean they were looking.

I know a couple who met in a chatroom some 14 years ago......5 kids later and they are still together! It can happen but there's also a lot of unrequited love |

@OP,
The vast majority of people are on this site because they're looking for sex without the relationship side of things (either because they're already in one or they simply don't want one).
If someone expresses an interest in meeting you it's because they're attracted to you - physically, intellectually or both - and want to meet-up, but don't read too much into it. Don't think that because you've got a meet that the person has fallen head over heels in love with you and that you'll be walking down the aisle in 6 months' time.
This is a swingers' site, not eHarmony. I don't think people are on here simply because it's cheaper than the regular dating sites. After all there's a site with a fish-related name that is free to use... and I'm sure there are others.
People are on here to meet someone they want to have sex with.
Hope this post makes some sense and doesn't sound condescending. If you're dipping your toes in to the lifestyle for the first time it can be a bit of a minefield and your emotions can easily get confused - mine certainly did when I had my first meet, and it sounds from your first post that you're in a similar place to where I was. |
