Why do people start their profiles in block capitals?I feel I'm being shouted at before i've actually done anything. It certainly puts me off and I tend not to read any further as they sound angry.I much prefer a light hearted humourous profile where people sound friendly and approachable.

POSSIBLY BECAUSE THEY....oops sorry.. ...just want to get their point across better?
We are very polite people, we have never sent a friends request to anyone we have never spoken to or swapped a couple of messages with...and never to people that are not into camming..we often wink, but normally we just send a short 'Hello' message instead..we are always courteous in our replies and totally accept that we are 'different' to the majority here...
SO...IT REALLY ...oops...done it again... pisss's us off when we receive 'blind' invites or blanket messages that say 'hi we think your horny fancy getting together for a fuck'...(or thereabouts!)...
Hence the caps at the start of ours...its part warning part protest...hated doing it to be honest...but it certainly seems to have worked.
Well...almost...now nobody contacts us whatsoever!! lol) |

Perhaps they are lazy typers or not very good at it, hence they keep the cap lock on instead of using the shift key as and when required!
OR THEY WANT TO GET NOTICED!

"do people actually read caps in their head LOUDER than if they were reading small case
WELL DO THEY? EH? EH? "
YES!! I actually jump sometimes when I click on a profile and it SCREAMS AT ME!! Then I run away quietly, shudder and have a fag to calm me nerves |

Heh, funnily enough, I do read text that someone has written in capitals as if they are shouting it at me in a very angry manner.
Sometimes I then do a Michael Winner impression to myself. Y'know the one... "Calm down, dear" |
