Had a woman just tell me she can reach orgasm in all sorts of ways...having her hair brushed, during a massage, (back, neck, legs etc) with no contact whatsoever with her vagina or clit? I have two different types of orgasms - one from internal stimulation and one from clitoral stimulation. They feel different and I can be in the mood for one but not the other, or both.

As for brushing my hair and the like? Nope, not me. But I have heard of this in very rare situations: Persistent Genital Arousal Disorder (PGAD). I'm not saying this is what your friend has, but I have heard about it and it can be very uncomfortable for the women who have it.
