As above ... implants are different on every woman ..to say all fake boobs are horrid is like saying all real ones are ... they differ based on implant ..size..breast tissue...profile..cc ...surgeon..placing etc..

Some fake ball ones look not too great I agree but many you wouldn't even know... in my pics I'm squeezing together to create a full round look but they are actually very real looking when stood up

Not necessarily... my implants are placed behind a d cup boob... so all of my original d cup tissue is in front ... and bounces just like any natural pair..again I think this is more towards bolt on implants

Whatever the woman wants is fine by me.....if they have implants then they had their reasons but so long as it makes them happy it's no one else's business - mine are real, huge and a bit saggy and I would love to be able to lie on my back without them disappearing into my armpits
