Think of a scale of kinkiness. The top end is total debauchery. The other end is what is often referred to as vanilla. So if you like just good ol' shagging, in the bedroom, 1:1, not toys, not tied up etc then I'd say you're more on the vanilla end of the scale.
However, some swingers would call anything not swinging vanilla - hence the club name, Vanilla Alternative.
