We are planning on attending the Edinburgh Torture Garden event at the end of February and I am struggling to come up with ideas for an outfit.
It is easy for Mrs J - a pair of pvc thighboots, see thru micro mini and a chain bra.
On the other hand being a stocky built guy all the pvc type clothing lends me the "only gay in the village" look. Not good.
Has anyone any suggestions. Preferably ones that don't involve spending a fortune at specialist fetish shops?

We have actually been before and I was in awe about the costumes I saw people wearing. The imagination and attention to detail was extraordinary.
Having no imagination for that kind of thing I would normally just spend a lot of money with some fetish wear shop but being recently made redundant means I have to come up with something on the cheap - especially if it flatters my Dad bod 
As I say Mrs J has it easy - slim, blond and 6' 5" in her black pvc thigh boots with nothing much else worn is all she needs to make an impact. lol |

I have been to Torture Garden in London a few times and as you know, the outfits are amazing. The more of an effort or outrageous your outfit, the better the experience.
I wore a victorian dress with bustle. My OH who sounds similar, doesn't like to look overly outrageous and wouldn't wear latex etc. He wore kilts both times he went, and he looks fab in a kilt.
What about a butchers heavy duty pvc coated bib apron and nothing else but your boots |

Not sure about the bib to be honest but thanks anyway for the suggestion.
I do have a kilt but I will have to think of something else to wear with it. I no longer have an 18 year old gym fit body and have too many scars to display too much. |

I think they are really cool and would be perfect but mine is a standard and much loved tartan one in our clan colours. |

My OH wore full highland dress. It's not something you expect to see at a fetish club and therefore it works somehow.
He did wear biker boots with it and wearing the jacket did make him hot but he looked great |

Ages ago I saw on the TG gallery pictures or two guys that wore paper suits. They covered the suits in red paint to look like blood and had utility belts with things like large anal beads, but plugs, whips handcuffs etc.
They were/are regulars and painted their faces to look like scary clowns, what ever the outfit...
Sorry about the rambling, what I am saying is if you think outside the box, you can come up with great outfits at low prices... |

I actually don't need a mask to look like a scary clown God has already done that work for me.
Anyway still struggling to come up with the killer idea. One that is cheap as well. |
