Happy new year everyone. I am intending to hire a venue to host a party for 12 to 20 people in February and was hoping for a bit of advice from those that have paved the way before me. I am thinking in terms of a guest house or bed and breakfast location near Gatwick for the first one. Any and all advice welcome.
