To me curvy is about body shape, not boobs. So 36/24/36 is slim. I put Fab's descriptions in order of slim (upto size 10) - athletic (12-14) - curvy (16-18) - ample (20-22) - fabulous (24+) roughly but that can depend on height. |

"
I think it can be either, to me, it's going in and out in the right places!! |

I think its probably good to say thin or curvey or larger figure.. maybe even quote a dress size... but in all honesty if people are only interested in body shape then they are way to shallow for me. Most of sex is about the mind and not the body... i'll get me coat (33 waist, 5ft 10 70 kgs lol) |

49/48/40 to put it bluntly is not curvy , more like ample or fabulous .
Curvy would be between a size 12 and 16 with a slimmer waist than bust and hips . |

I've got DD boobs, an 8/10 waist and a decent bum and bigger hips, so I say I'm curvy. I'm Def not slim or athletic (yet) so curvy seems best.
I've a friend who's a size 18 but she's 6ft and I class her as curvy. I've another friend who's a size 6 and she's very petite but also curvy. |

"Curvy on here means above a size 16. Well above a size 16 in most cases tbh."
Don't think this is the case at all .
I'm a size 12 and 14 on a bad day , and I describe myself as curvy .

It doesn't mean that to everyone on here. I'm a size 14 and curvy since it's my shape not a size. I'm not fabulous, not athletic, not BBW and hate average or ample as a description. So I'm curvy. I was also curvy at a size 20 a year or so ago; there may be less of me but I'm still the same general shape. |

"Curvy is not a size, it means they just got curves."
The 'size' descriptions are pointless. Pretty much every size has already been quoted on this thread- it can't mean all of them.
Ask for pics. |

I'm a 12-14 and reasonably tall for a lady, but I do not have an athletic shape. |

So is fabulous bigger or smaller than large? Because to me fabulous means really, brilliantly sexy...and not related to size.
Personally I would not see 24+ as fabulous to me...but appreciate it may be so to others... |

I don't think anyone on this thread has seemed hung up about it. Just such a wide difference of opinion it makes you wonder why they even bother to have size/shape information on profiles, especially when it seems so subjective and you can't filter searches by it anyway. |

Curvy, slim, ample, who cares. Every body is beautiful in its own right, sexiness and attraction is in my opinion, confidences with a good personality with good humour and looks after themselves I.e cleanliness and smart.wins for me. |

I never even look at the body size/shape thingy on profiles. I always forget its even there until people have a thread about it.
Pictures are key.
