It has not been disproved at all, a healthy persons urine is sterile and it is medically proven. If a person has an infection then there can be problems but not in healthy people.

When I read the first post here, I was fairly sure I knew how the thread would go, given the less-than-subtle language used by the OP and the “marmite” nature of anything pee-related, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised.
