Over the last seven years or so I've lost alot of sensitivity in my clit from having a piercing there. I stretch the size up, get the feeling back, then it slowly tails off again.

What do you mean stretch the size up? Put a wider gauge piece of jewellery in it?

Usually just the hood. Either vertically (VCH - Vertical Clitoral Hood) or horizontally (HCH).

With a vertical it's common to use a larger ball at the bottom so it rubs against the clit during normal activities. As I don't have a clit myself I can't comment on if that works. (MrK writing)

I have always wanted piercings so last year i had both nipples, belly and my clit done all at the same time, yes painful but glad i had them done all together, dont think i would have gone back again, made my nipples super sensitive but find my piercing in my clit sometimes gets in the way. Just recently had a boob job and had to remove my nipple piercings, dont think i would have them done again as iam pleased with my new boobs.

The piercings are a bar or ring generally with rounded balls on the end, cant for one second think how a penis would get caught on it

I have a VCH. Clit piercings are a very, very bad idea generally.

Yes, I have larger jewellery in mine. Over the last ten years I've stretched them to be about 7mm. I prefer the way it looks and feels.
