Aren't these designed to clear old semen from the testicle (for guys, clearly) therefore couldn't you encourage them by not ejaculating for some time?
I can't comment on the female variant. A colleague I quite fancy and most certainly would recently told me she had certain dream involving me. Is it worth me communicating a desire to make this a reality? |
