From experience with men with them it didn't really do anything extra for me in terms of heightened sensation or anything. Do have to be careful with condoms as I have known them to split because of them. |

I believe the healing time is about four-six months in total, like a nipple piercing or a labia piercing.
However if you keep the area clean, use barrier protection, and don't let people put their mouths there then you can have sex again as soon as it's not sore (a couple of weeks most likely).
Keep away from mouths, spa's and swimming pools for a few weeks and you should be fine. |

MrK here.
I have an 0g (8mm) PA piercing and have had it for a very long time (20 odd yrs).
The piercing itself doesn't hurt anywhere near as much as you'd think. A receiving tube is inserted into the urethra and the needle pushed through and into the tube. Then the ring or bar Inserted through the hole.
The first piercing is usually about 1.6mm and after that has healed you can start to stretch the hole.
Generally the thicker the bar or ring, the less "cheese wire" effect you get on the hole. The smaller piercings can tug a bit and be a bit tender. Initial healing time depends on the individual but you can be wanking again in a week and having sex in 2-3 weeks if you're lucky.
The right jewellery is essential if wearing condoms though. A bar with a threaded ball on each end is usually best to avoid tearing a condom in the early days but again the thicker the jewellery the better.

I've had mine 10 years now. Only took about 2 weeks before I could have sex.
Mixed views on whether its appreciated or not, I have an easily removable ring now just in case it's not to her taste.
And yes, you do end up pissing everywhere......I still haven't perfected that. |

From experience it doesn't add to sex in anyway.. Although nice to play with the tongue  .... It can cause infections though and condoms do tend to split often x |

In my experience it can be great for the right partner and can add a feeling of depth. I've never suffered from infrections or split condoms however everyone will have different experiences. I am a stickler for jewellery hygiene though and I do have a large selection. Miss K is fascinated by it and enjoys changing my jewelry. Knob dress up. |

Giving a guy with a pa a bj is awful, makes me gag cus it's like having foil paper in my mouth plus it bangs against my teeth and scares me it will break them so it's not enjoyable at all. Plus they guys i met with them often smelt of piss so i rarely played as that (obviously) put me off ! |

I had one for about 10 years. I would say the healing time is about 8 to 10 weeks fully. I never had any problems with condoms. I have had women cum all over it and some women not to fussed. It all depends who you are with. X |

I had mine done four years ago; a 2.4mm thick ring with a ball. After a year I went up to 3.2mm and will probably stay there.
It didn't hurt much but bled a lot on day one. You need to immerse your cock into warm water to wee for a couple of days and then sit to wee for the next week. After that it's back to standing. Total healing time was ten days and then gentle sex a few days after. Mines really smooth so has never damaged condoms. Cheryl loves it and says it enhances her pleasure.
There are some at Chams that don't like it but generally most love giving oral with it in. It's part of me and who I am so I'd be very reluctant to remove it and I wouldn't do so just to get a meet. Cheryl feels the same on her piercings too.
