I am waxed neat and then trimmed. Love my little tiny tuft but also too much of a wimp to have it all waxed off and shaving just isn't for me.
If people don't like it they don't have to meet or play with me. But I'm not changing to please others. I've not met anyone who has refused to play yet.

"Do women still like a bit of hair downstairs as most are shaved these days? T"
I rarely shave my pubic hair (or my legs or armpits). I don't trim it either generally.
I suspect the answer is 'all women like different things' because 49% of the population isn't a homogeneous hive-mind.
(And I've never had anyone refuse to have sex with me because I didn't shave either... just getting that in before people start suggesting that happens.) |

I know bald is the modern way but really i dont mind and surely its up to the female? After all, hair is the natural way but modern standards and the perceived desire for better hygiene dictate that a certain amount of strimming is a good thing.
I think strimming is probably desirable from a hygiene point of view. We all lead busy lives and its a lot easier to tend to a bald/trimmed pussy on the fly than with a hairy matted one. |

*Technically* hair is there to keep you clean and hygienic. It helps keep undesirable stuff out of your vagina and it wicks away the sweat.
Of course in a modern world where we shower every day it doesn't make any difference. But some people think that shaved is more hygienic. |

True and not being female i have no experience of such matters save for what may be disclosed to me but i could see a long working day between access to showers where you might have leakage of various sorts that would be retained by hair and which could otherwise be easily wiped on a bald pussy via a quick trip to the loo. |

A days worth of vaginal secretions aren't dirty in any way. There's no need to clean yourself after a day working in order to keep your health up to scratch.
It's a bit like me suggesting that the leakage from your penis and sweat from your groin could get trapped in the hair around your cock and balls and it would be hard for you to clean it up easily with just a bit of toilet paper.
I mean, it's just not even a concern. |

I bow to your greater experience and knowledge of the subject.
I was thinking leaking tampon/leaking pantie shield/urine |

People often say this as if skin has a sort Teflon shield. If urine gets on skin a residue will remain if you just use tissue to remove it just as it will on hair. It isn't even logical to assume that shaved skin is magically more hygienic and that's before the discussion on the tiny open wounds from shaving allowing bacteria to enter the blood stream starts. |
