After speaking to a few people on here some have commented on the abusive messages they receive I personally have not had any but how do you deal with the 'trolls' that plainly want to spoil things for others? |

Ohhhh DONT get me started..
I get torrents of abuse, well have in the past.. About my size, why is a fat ugly bird on here...you do know fat girls are easy...
I could go on and on about abusive messages or insults, just because im polite enough to decline offers gracefully.
Ive started to laugh at them now, but sometimes once things are said, its hard to forget it x |

I am the master at receiving them! But then that is the gem pool where I live...I'm a fooking army brat, so try and get one over on me? Bring it on lol so many try and fail! I treat it as a sport if it get too bad? Block button! |

That surprises me Hun! I've only ever had one nasty message in nearly 2 years - and I put it down to my profile always being so friendly and happy! Often when people complain about getting lots of nasty messages I look at their profile and find its often unfriendly and demanding. Yours isn't at all - so I'm baffled as to why you'd get unkind messages but I don't!!  |

Honestly I get them all time! But then I do wind the locals up, but I am really trying to educate them ie, you need more than a 1 line profile and a cock pic! So in my area on here? I am the worlds most hated woman!  (I use my status to do this btw) But I am clever with it, and find it funny they all think it is aimed at them  |

Ignore them, block them. They're from idiots.
I've had hardly any nasty messages, but one that stands out was off a guy who pestered me, i blocked him coz i wasn't interested and he came off the blocklist somehow so messaged me again, i ignored him thinking ffs waste of time having a blocklist, his next message to me was going on about how he didn't wanna fuck me anyway and then went on to accuse me of probably having STDs.
And that is the logic of an abuser, if they can't get what they want then it's not their fault and there's something wrong with the person not giving it to them. *shrugs* |

We had some but to be honest, you can't take offence from people you don't respect so it doesn't bother me. Few things are sadder that people that need to abuse strangers to make themselves happy so it just falls into one of those categories of things you can't be bothered to care about like a child calling you a poo poo head. |

They tend to come after you say no thanks to someone.
You can go from being the sexiest woman on here to the fattest and ugliest in the blink of an eye if you dare to say no to some people.

Laugh, block and report if necessary. A few guys who would crawl over broken glass to meet me have turned nasty when politely turned down...really couldn't give a toss about the occasional bitter comment |

Can relate to this... Had a few in the past, some quite threatening, after blocking and reporting had fake profiles then sending me the same thing... Ended up deleting old profile and starting again just because it was unwanted drama and hassle, touch wood nothing while I've been using this one but have been very wary what I tell people nowadays xx |

We don't get nasty messages, usually. However, I have had a couple from things I've written in the forums, but only from people I've never seen actually post in here. One guy called me a pretty girl on an ego trip and had some really nasty things to say to me.
Odd as I try not to be rude or insulting on here. Maybe I come across that way to some, though.

It's better when people have tried to belittle you or given you shit, then you bump into them at a club/social.
Only time I'll get shit is after saying no thanks in a message, but it's rare I get them.
Get more abuse in chat than messages, as some men seem to think because we're in chat we should be performing for them! If I want to sit in my onesie with a coffee then I bloody well will |

I rarely get nasty messages even when saying I'm not interested, they're usually really lovely in response.
The only annoying replies I get are those who ask why, but they're not rude.
I find being polite in the first place helps.

Once got chatting to a guy on here about a very short notice meet , we asked for pics etc but he wouldnt send a face pic we politely declined , he then went off on one calling us timewasters and said he was coming to our hotel and was going to put pics of my lady all over reception |

I have had 3 men send abuse in the 3 years I've been on here. Two blocked me after sending it so I didn't have anything to deal with. The one who didn't I sent back a little joke comment and we ended up chatting a bit. I still didn't meet him and I had hurt his feelings,which is why he sent the silly message in the first place. |

Sometimes people are nasty or very serious. I can't be bothered with people who are, so I tend to block them .Life is for having fun and after all its a sex site .  |

I rarely get any shitty messages, but I always report them. Depending on my mood at the time I either just delete and block or if they are unlucky enough to get me on a bitch day I give them a lovely snarky message in return, cheap but it makes me feel better. |

I have had nasty messages as a result of forum posts, so I tend to pre-empt and block anyone who I think won't agree. Worse when you feel someone is hounding you on the forums, always responds to anything you post in a negative way or insinuates various things. You can block, but not from forum posts. I guess some people get a kick out of that sort of thing .... only just back on the forums trying to enjoy them after feeling this for the last few weeks |

Happily, I haven't had that many and long may it last. The last one I had was recently, out of the blue, he didnt like the discrepancies between my profile text and the ages of the chaps I've met. He told me to block him so I wouldn't appear in his feed. I told him I couldn't be bothered. So he blocked me. I was confused but laughing at the same time. |

We dont get many abusive messages, in our time on fab we've had about 5 or so.
I don't think I've read every one. The first couple of words are visible without opening the message, and if I can see it's nasty I don't open it. |
