Trying to organise a gang bang... advice?

Don't know if this belongs in the "support" page, but here goes.
I have a day off and a hotel booked this Friday, and I want to basically fuck a ton of guys. lol.
Had a search of the forum already, and consensus seems to be:
- prepare for no shows
- go for guys you've been with before
- have condoms ready
- no, seriously, prepare for no shows
That about right?
Any other advice? I think I'm concerned about men being safe, I mean, I'm not averse to fucking strangers, but don't know how to go about ensuring safety...
I'm thinking of putting up a status and just start vetting messages - good plan, or will my work be cut out for me? lol.
I don't want to be entirely naive, but I really want this to happen. lol.

A friend sounds like a grand idea a friend with benefits who likes to clean, would be a bonus
I've read that you should always, triple book men, as loads don't show. So if you're wanting lots you'll maybe have to triple the number you had in mind. As even a regular fb could change plans at the last minute. |

Be prepared that most won't show up!!
Have you somebody who can be there - not to fuck you but to keep an eye on what's going on. Making sure they are wearing condoms etc

absolutely this, your safety comes first so don't be alone with them and a watcher for the sex is vital. YOu may also want to ask friend to photo it if that is something you want, good luck |

Have at least one guy you've met before and trust there if possible.
Over invite and expect drop outs in advance, on the day and not even to tell you!
Look for guys with veris where they've done similar situations, some guys get stage fright in front of a group if you know what i mean
Be clear yourself on what you want out if it (a fuckathon yes but anal, DP, DV, DA?). I wanted 5 in a specific way lol
Set out your boundaries clearly in a message before and probably remind them as they get there - if anyone breaches them calmly ask them to leave.
For mine last Christmas I had one hard limit, how hard can that be? Clearly too hard for one bloke as he left 10 minutes after arriving! So I still didn't get my 5 in a specific way but I'm sure there'll be another attempt at some point...

Be prepared for them to be demanding before hand. wanting to change the time of meet, wanting one on one before hand. wanting more couples there, wanting only bi men there too.
I had one today, told him what was on offer ect.He said yes, a few mails later he'd totally turned the meet around to suit his needs.  It was my meet and my fantasy not his, he was invited as the guest. |

I know its been mentioned already but no shows will be the usual. If you want 3 guys to show up ask 15 
Security, when I have done hotel meets we (usually meet alongside Missy, female kink buddy) usually have a guy we trust fully at the meet - I dont really think any of the guys we have met would get lairy but you never know.
If you cant find someone like that to join you then have a contact you can message easily and who knows which hotel and which room.
The nice thing about having someone you trust there means you can really go with the flow and dont worry when the bed restraints and cuffs come out

with this type of thing - if you are booking a hotel - it doesn't really matter what time they show up. Whether they show up on time or show up on time or an hour late, you are still going to have blokes come, as blokes finish. You wont have to leave the bed for people letting people in. The only thing you'll have to contend with is opinions of what guys think they he can get away with.
You'll have had a chat with a few at the start about boundaries but for those that show up late, they wont know these, so wont know how hard or how soft you want them to be. You are really going to have to dictate things, by either turning away or telling people if they are being too rough as and when they are. With multiple other guys in the room, it is unlikely they will flip out. |

not that likely to happen, and if its only 3-5 guys staggered over a half hour maybe most hotels wont even notice.
best kind of hotel to use is one of the generic chain hotels. over several floors, nice big reception where the guys can just walk in and go straight to lifts and so on.
most hotels wont be worried about a visitor or two anyway and you would be surprised how they are used to this sort of thing, they have seen it all before and provided 7 people dont spend the night in a room for 2 and other guests dont complain about the screams/moans/banging headboard you will probably find no hassle.

Tell family you where you gonna be if traveling and take someone with , double booking if at home usefull but sometimes they all do turn up sometimes no one does it hit and miss , dont make an open invite , try pick right blokes , there no right or wrong way just commen sense |

Bit of an exaggeration there. We used to organise them a lot. And on average could always get 10. But we had a regular group of guys.
Find guys that are on gang bang or gg profiles for verifications... As most drop out as they think its a sexy thing then get scared.
Or for the op.. how far is donkey dicks( think its in the club section) from you as although we haven't personally been we have heard good things from ladies who he has sorted gang bangs out for x |
