Why if you take the time to message people do they see it fitting to be ignorant and not reply so much is wrong with the community if this is an acceptable practice. |

Lol. From what I read, some women and some couples get around 100 -200 messages a day on average, would you go through every single message and reply to every single one of them? Be honest  |

I amusingly (and on purpose) deleted his pm to me without reading it. Apologies op, that was just too good an opportunity to miss.
Listen up, it doesn't matter that people delete your messages without reading them. Try sending them and NOT looking at the 'have they been read' list - it will make things less stressful. |

The simple fact is if you exchange messages and then a reply is not forthcoming that Is the rudest off all. |

So we posted a few pics this morning of our fun from last night .
I have been at work and we have a youngster so by the time I got home , got the little one off to bed , and had tea it was 8.30'.
Logged on to find over 350 messages .
Are we going to reply to all of them ?

Some people (women and couples basically) can get hundreds of messages everyday. It would be a full time job to reply to everyone. It's unrealistic to think someone would be able to reply to every message. You shouldn't over analyse someone not messaging you back.
I know on the rare occasions I've had 3 or 4 messages at the same time I've felt pressure to reply to each of them sufficently, as I would like. I can't imagine what it must be like to have hundreds...everyday! |

I've been doing that for 6 years with post that keeps coming through my door for the people who were here before me so no, that won't work.
All it means is that the Post Office guys will need to have their bins emptied more often. |

. Why should anyone reply if a message is of no interest .? Would you prefer a rejection message?.
Some might argue that good manners includes having a detailed well written profile with interesting pictures and that having only a cock picture is ill mannered . |

. Why is it a waste of resources . Most companies engaged in a mailing campaign will have done some research before engaging in it . In addition it keeps both postmen and various marketing personnel in a job.
I doubt if many companies would choose to waste their money. |

Well I hate pizza, loathe and detest it but Dominoes still post a large, full colour spread with money off vouchers and a menu through my door bi weekly.I would suggest their research at least is minimal and their strategy is to post a leaflet through every door in the hope of a percentage take up. |
