Never believed in this rubbish, but wow! Wow and wow! Met a guy just over a week ago, instant attraction and chemistry. Seen him 3 times since then, and I've turned into the woman I said I would never be. Ffs, help me before its too late. |

 Is it what you wanted ? - is he free and single ?? how as he reacted to your meets??

He's a swinger, he tells me the same, not had these feelings for anyone in 2 years of swinging. Just a bit scared to give myself to someone again. |

We met on a dating site and it was certainly love at first sight for us. From the moment ours eyes met we have never spent a day apart and it's been nearly three years since that time. When you know! You know you know!! |

I've met a woman on here recently and I've had similar feelings. She's my last thought of a night and the first thought of a morning. I'd not go as bold as to say love just yet (never say never after all) but she's certainly made me reevaluate myself.
We've seen each other three times and we are doing so again on Friday! I can't wait! |

IMO love at first sight really always means 'lust' at first sight.
Problem with that is that lust coupled with insecurities we all have, makes us psychologically believe life is suddenly all rainbows and unicorns. We can't get enough, don't want to be apart, think about them all the time....
All completely irrational stuff which usually comes collapsing down when washing his underwear whilst he is snoring on the sofa in front of match of the day and letting off wet farts...
Enjoy the ride though, as it's pretty exhilarating and who knows...maybe it will turn into real 'love'
Just don't go leaping off to Gretna Green!

I know you've been hurt in the past but just remember that he's not the person who hurt you and your not the same person either..
Now putting that aside, enjoy the butterflies you get when you see his name come up on the phone, the endless flirty messages, the love that's In the air.. It's so special when two people feel the same, like an electric current

{R (male) comments} Not thought about this before, but, logically - in any place where you meet lots of different folk - with work, travelling - and swinging(!) - there is a chance you will meet someone where you just feel that mysterious force.
My thought is - tread carefully and test-out whether this is for real... Maybe "vanilla" meets and see whether you both still feel "lit up"? Then it probably is real... |

Interesting thread as we met on here, and the attraction was instant too. We had messaged a few weeks before and had so much in common, and our first two meets we just chatted and chatted. I too was on here to avoid any relationship because I had enough going on in my life. Now, a couple of days short of a year later, we are living together and he puts up with me watching match of the day, I put up with his snoring, and both of us love each other's wet farts .... no, its not putting up with, it's just loving everything about the person who makes you feel so comfortable and so excited at the same time. We do spend every moment together because we want to and totally enjoy each other's company and are there to support each other as well as have fun. I have never laughed so much or felt so at ease with someone. Of course, as a result of that, the sex is awesome. I never thought I needed something like this and was not looking for it, but when it came along, I just knew ... |
