Went in for 1 earlier in the year and came out with both done!!
Yes it hurt like hell and still healing.
I was VERY worried about losing sensitivity but quite the opposite as they are now super sensitive in a good way x |

I find them a massive turn off.
I don't like any piercings except ear lobes.
I especially hate guys having a PA, knew one guy with one and he smelt of piss all the time ! |

I have to say, mine didn't hurt at all. It was a little sore for a week or so afterwards, but gave me no issues and seemed to be completely healed in 2-3 weeks.
I've since increased the size of the ring to something I feel looks a little more manly.

Mine didn't hurt getting it done and I never had it numbed first but it is a little uncomfortable for a week or so after! I used breast pads for a couple days and would advise no lacy bras until it heels 
Took about 3 weeks to heel X |

I have both mine done about 20yrs now and love them, only problem I had was I became allergic to the metal bars a few years ago but changed them to bioplast bars had no problems at all since, most piercers are happy to do piercings now using bioplast if you have allergies to the metal, it's excellent as the healing time is very fast in comparison to the metal bars or titanium and your less likely to get infection or rejection with bioplast |
