Sexting in itself isn't. But where the person you are sexting is vulnerable or underage it can be used as evidence of harm to that person. E.g. in the case that's been in the news today. |

It is illegal if the sender and/or recipient are under 18 .
But it can also be illegal if it is an unwarranted sext. And of course passing on pics of others without consent (i.e. revenge porn) is also against the law. |

Yes I did read.
I was not thinking of under age.
I mean in sense of adults not consenting.. Is a crime. Even use of photos without consent or holding onto photos without consent.
Is this law right? |
