Usually when age comes up on posts some women state they won't meet younger men because they have fit firm bodies. The implication being that the over 40s are lard arses and the only six packs they carry are from the local offie!
Now, I'd struggle to spell "jim" let alone find my local one and the Wii Fit says "ouch" before I step on it. However I've never played with a man with extra padding, they've all had fit, firm bodies.
So fellas: please help me prove a point that you can be over 40 and fit. Photographic evidence is needed: this thread is in no way designed to provide perving material, no way Jose, nope, I respect you all too much for that!

Pom is 50 in a few days (and not too happy about it) but still has a 32" waist and a bod many 30-somethings would be happy with - as our avatar pic shows.

I hope the ladies who feel they won't go with younger men because of their fit bodies take note.
