I would think the majority of guys on here are more turned on by a full body picture of a lady in sexy underwear or risqué outfit rather than a super close up of some beef curtains.... I agree, if I were talking to guys and I found myself attracted to someone THEN if they, somewhere down the chatting line, sent a cock pic, because they wanted to, it would be fine, (although definitely wouldn't have been necessary or a request from me) but just cock pics on a profile or a msg or anywhere else wouldn't make me any more interested in talking to them than a picture of their foot/forearm/earlobe. 
If the cock were shown as part of a body pic then that's sightly different but only because my eye would be drawn to the body (hopefully, if it's a particularly nice one!)
