Scenario:

I don't think anyone should assume that their partner of the moment would like to receive their cum over the face/boobs etc or in the mouth.
If it's not agreed or discussed beforehand then I'd rather see men err on the side of caution and either cum in the condom or ask where I want it just before the crucial moment.
If someone came in my mouth without at least warning me, I wouldn't be happy. |

You see... this is sort of how I see it.

But then I'm probably sort of odd... I'm a little bit fussy on the whole cum thing (I know you're surprised by that!) but if it's not someone I'm intimate with, in a personal way, i.e. know them and they're not a random stranger in a club, then I'm afraid I don't think I want their cum all over me.
I would expect that someone would ask... even if it was right before the money shot and give me the choice as to where it was to go. I think it's quite a personal thing to splatter your man goo all over a stranger.
