Nothing special if I am honest. Perhaps why I don't bother so much if I don't.

Like waves washing over me that cause tingles right the way through me. I lose concentration and have to just let go and give in to it. Its taken me a long time to really relax. Sometimes more powerful and intense than others. Some leave me feeling a bit emotional at times. Also I quite often feel a bit chilly after one too. |
