Noticed that a lot of blokes that have themselves down as straight also have verifications off other blokes saying what a great meet, fab sex and great oral skills, what's that all about?   |

I think sexuality is a wide spectrum. Some guys I've met have said they think of themselves as 'orally bi' and aren't interested in full sex with another man, so wouldn't class themselves as bi.
Personally I don't feel the need for labels, I think they're there to make other people feel better more than anything else. |

Yeah in clothes n beauty product labels maybe lol, not sure how how someone "labels" themselves makes others feel better about themselves?? I just like to know what I'm getting, I don't feel the need to use the term label when it comes to people  |

What is the point of saying you are what you're not esp on here?? Maybe it's just me but I'd rather someone said it as it is, and that applies to other things on profiles, recently had a single guy admit after a meet that he was actually married. So I disagree, be upfront, if you're going to have sex with someone on a site based around that, why lie??!!! |

I never get "no need for labels" argument. It would make shopping tricky if all the tins were blank! What's the point of being on a site like this where people are seeking sexual experiences with "like minded" people if you can't find them?

If you walk into a supermarket you expect tins of beans and tins of catfood to be labelled so that you know exactly what you are buying and that you can be sure you get what you want. The labels are needed.
Fab is a bit like a swingers' supermarket where people "sell" themselves - and the "buyers" have a right to know what they are getting. That's why honest labels are important - it has nothing to do with making other people feel better |

Our block list is full of guys who've messaged with something along the lines of them saying they're bi but the profile says straight but don't want to scare people of.
Some what worried about bending the forum rules here.
Quite frustrating really. We've had a few situations where we've messaged couples and got a no thanks due to me (hubby) being bicurious. We always move on but find it amusing when said couple has a verification from meeting one of these so called straight males.
Plenty of couples are guilty of it as well.
