I think it's easier for older women but since I hit 59 we have received fewer messages. I wouldn't expect much interest from young men off site and I don't expect it on here, although I am pleasantly surprised by how much I do still get

I think it's easier for older women but since I hit 59 we have received fewer messages. I wouldn't expect much interest from young men off site and I don't expect it on here, although I am pleasantly surprised by how much I do still get

I usually get a negative response because of my age until i meet the person/people in the flesh then prejudices go out the window as they meet me not my age label.
People get frightened that your old & broke past a certain & i'm sure they think it will rub off on them lol, in reality i still can give some guys half my age a run for their money so i don't lose any sleep.

I can relate to that very well OP, 55 is a very common upper age limit. And it's bloody awful when your 57!! But hey ho, you have to respect people's limits.
As a glimmer of hope for you, I've had a few messages off lovely young ladies looking for the more mature chap! |

Age is just a number, I go by appearance then personality. The other year my youngest woman was 19 and my oldest was 69. I normally go for women around my age or slightly younger, as a rule of thumb it's 10 years older or younger. On another site I wasn't meeting many so I dropt my age, most that I look at have an upper age limit of 50 |

im actually sixty and have no problems at all my profile says 57 but it was part of a ff that admin took the wrong one off so i make a point of telling the men  |
