Hello all, so we have seen a few threads on here regarding boob jobs...
Can any of those lovely women who have had an enlargement done recommend anywhere in the south east/London?
Many thanks in advance... Can't wait to get some new bigger boobs but we really don't like shopping blind!!! |

I've had mine done. I can't recommend anywhere for you unfortunately because I had mine done in Scotland. But I just wanted to say what a difference it makes, I'm so glad I had mine done. Enjoy your new boobies when you get them x |

I had mine done in MYA and I have to say the quality if after care was poor..the price was high and service average ...
I am going to transform for next open and I'm far more impressed..I'd avoid MYA x |

I am not sure if you would appreciate my input here but its a public forum so what the hell.
There is this media perception of what a woman is supposed to be but i talk from my personal preference and that is not for huge boobs. I infact prefer smaller ones.
Not to mention the pain, risk etc.
Im in no way telling you what to do but just sharing a view. |

I'm happy to say that the media perception of a woman is really not my reasoning for the job.
Not that it's relevant, as I'm asking for recommendations rather than opinion on my need, but as it happens, I have lost quite a lot of weight, and thusly my boobs have got smaller...
So... Any other women out there that have had work done like to comment?

Is there a Spire hospital near you, I found them to be excellent from the minute you had the consultation to the op and after care.
Do you know what size you want to be? I wanted to be a D and was made an E - was devastated for ages and hated them.

Highly recommend Transform, I had mine done with them in Scotland but suppose the quality of service they provide is the same nationwide.Im looking to have my second one with them again as they favour returning clients.Best to book a consultation and surgeon consultation as both are free,might help you make a decision for yourself.Good luck  |

Yea there is a spire not far at all, and we both work in London a lot so it's easy to go up for consultancy!
Will be getting 4/5 consultancies... Just to make sure! |

Communication is the key - make sure your surgeon knows exactly what you want. Even now I wish mine were a bit smaller but I've got used to them. I made the mistake of telling my surgeon to do what he thought looked best - he was a guy who clearly liked big boobs ha ha.

This is the best option... Shop around and make sure they are honest about ALL the pros and cons. Also search for reviews and any other info online.
So far as size goes... It's up to you but I would probably err on the size of caution. A cup to D cup is about 6 inches and they will feel heavy.
I don't know what you are now.
Mine are natural but my sister has very well done enhancements

I have to say if you're doing the. For you, go get em.
I've never looked back since I had mine done in 2007.
I used an Italian surgeon who was at the Harley clinic in Manchester
The service and care was 2nd to none , and I'd recommend all day long |

I know I am a guy, but I have been through this with someone else - she loves hers, but it was important she got a good job done. Some surgeons can leave bad scars etc.
The key is to find a good surgeon, don't base your research purely on location - contact BAAPS and check out the surgeons, any reviews they have etc. The reason I say this is that a lot of them work privately and will be in different hospitals in different regions on different days - you get the picture.
Once a surgeon is picked, then find out the places who they do the work for and pick one that has good aftercare - it can be important. Most expensive doesn't always mean best, it can simply mean higher profit margin.
The key to it is due diligence, on both the surgeon and the provider - good luck. From experience, you will love them!  |

Great advice! I've had two "jobs" as I had the dreaded PIP implants. However, I was incredibly happy with the work my surgeon performed so I looked for him when I required my second op'. He was working for a few different private hospitals at the time. I love them! X |

An ignorant answer...
Not all boob jobs look fake... it depends on profile...cc implant used..projection..placing of the implant i.e. under or over muscle..current breast tissue...... but you obviously wouldn't have researched that before making your judgement no??
Usually such comments come from jealous women who have non pert breasts and can't afford surgery
