Love this 
When you've just met a couple, have a hot tub together and chat with them in a getting to know them sort of way but under the water all sorts of touching is going on, you all know it but are talking normally

We have done it a few times and loved it! - Although on one occasion Duke was touching and playing with the female under the bubbles while Candy was doing absolutly nothing with him. Didnt realise until I mentioned it after we got out and moved on to another couple!  |

I wouldn't get in a public one in a club because we all know what goes on in there.
I'll use a public on at a pool or something but that would, or at least should, have not been used for sex. |
