I'm not saying I'm perfect, but would just point out:
A moan, even a slight moan, is something many people find off-putting, especially as a first sentence. I would leave that out.
Say more about yourself.
Mention of a housemate might lead some people to think you are married or have a partner, which puts some women off. Best just to say you can accommodate sometimes.
