My hubby allows me to go out and play with single guys even overnight stays. He is disabled and is unable to give me the attention I need. He knows I'll tell him all about the meets.  |

For us sharing the experience is what swinging is all about so neither of us would ever play alone. Hearing about the sex afterwards rather than experiencing it would be, for us, the difference between someone telling us about the plot of a movie and us going to see the movie ourselves. |

Depends how you define meeting alone.
I am half a couple and we both play separately, we haven't played as a couple with another couple for well over a year, it isn't that easy finding 4 people who are all interested in playing.
So we go to a club together but play separately once there, I have no interest in a MFF and he has no interest in a MFM, so it is just easier to play on our own.
He can go to clubs on his own, and we are thinking about him meeting privately (I'm not sure I am there yet), but I only play in clubs which I go to with my husband. |

Not sure about your terminology here - why would the female be 'let'? Does she have to ask for permission? I let my partner (male) play alone and he has his single profile for that - as we also meet together; I decide if I meet alone (not up to him to let me, as he does not own me or dictate what I do). I have a single profile for that, but he does not get involved in it in any way. We play alone at clubs - we go together as a couple so share the experience but play with others then come back together at various times throughout the evening sometimes with couples, sometimes with single men. |

Yes, I meet alone as an extra kink. We find it a huge turn on.
From me getting dressed up for other men to enjoy, to enjoying the extra sex. My fella left wondering what I'm up to... And the anticipation of hearing all about it when I get home. It works for us at this moment in time.

We also play separately, but for us, its move about giving each other sexual freedom, rather than both enjoying it sexually, if that makes sense.
Some couples like to play that way, others prefer to play together, but we would love to meet more couples that also play separately.
Swinging separately isn't for everyone. Whatever you do OP, its up to you, there isn't a right or a wrong way to swing. |
