Post random musings in the forum whilst poking fun at people. Having a face pic and being really, really, really ridiculously good looking helps too.
You can also start non-subtle "Look at me!" threads for attention also, but they usually end up derided.
Above all else, if playing the attention seeking game, have a thick skin. Or just generally don't give a fuck what random Internet people think.

Always pop into threads where people themselves are seeking attention, then post in that topic.
If you're male be nice to the posters seeking attention (you'll get called out on being a white knight, just let this go over your head though), if female make some comment about being insecure and act like you're needing validation from others, it's ok to disrespect yourself coz if you're confident people think your an arsehole and not a well balanced person who doesn't need others approval because they don't base their self worth on having a fanny and people wanting that fanny.
Also remember, if you need attention on a fuck site then maybe it's time to seek help.
