Just interested in what peoples definition of a fuck buddy is. Do they meet other people? Or just one another?
Curious as some people seem to lay claim on each other using this term. Is it a fab swingers definition of "bf/gf" ???? |

A fuck buddy is just that a person that you have a strict sexual relationship with...no feelings just fucking....no matter if you not in a relationship with oyher people or you get into a relationship with a person yall still fuck......the SEX is too good to let go |

I'd say that it's all about the kind of set up you agree on with the other person. Sometimes it can be a booty call situation and others aren't discussed. Or it can be a more 'fab' style arrangement where you are able to be open about other people if both want to hear. Sometimes you might both decide to be more exclusive and only meet each other. But even then, I wouldn't say a fb is like a bf/gf, because for me, for that I'd need a lot of other things to align, not just the sex and I'd need to have 'that conversation' for it to be bf/gf kinda serious! |

I have someone I see regularly. We sat down set some rules. We are free to meet others but since I had abit of an accident in May I choose to see only him. He is free to see who he likes but spends most of any free time with me. We don't just fuck he takes me out to do normal stuff too so I guess we are more FWB than fuckbuddies. It seems to work for us |

as a breed of animal humans are unique. we have this inbuilt need to rank and label everything. From physical ability to social class and everything else one cares to mention.
I think a fuck buddie can be anything u like it to be as it's your choice what label u put on it. And after all, if someone decided you're wrong then that's their choice as they can label it how they like. lol x |

A person you meet whenever you decide and have sex with, the parameters of what goes on before, after and inbetween are as flexible or as stringent as you make them I would of thought? That's surely the beauty of a FB, as much or as little baggage as you both decide or whatever the dynamic of the group is.......

Fuck buddy =boot call kinda thing. You only really talk when you both want to shag other than that no strings, see others and it's no issue.
Friends with benifits is more people you're friends with go and do friend things with (days out shopping going out for a night etc) and occasionally you both have sex too, but again see others etc |

I had several fb's at one time or another. Problems only arose with clinginess and a mild step-over into relationship. Even though they all knew I was single, a few tried to lay claim it was 'their night' or that 'I should be seeing them', essentially trying to disrupt my other meets. Though, yes, fb's (fuck buddies or friends with benefits), do see others as and when they like. They are free agents - and can be a good back-up for a shit shag  . No doubt some fb's on fab do want exclusive relationships though. |

My take on it is this
Fb= someone you have in your little black book who you can call to rescue your sexual frustration needs or when your horny.
Fwb= a person who you get on with so much you can tell them your worries, concerns, enjoy their company, do normal things together plus have lots of naughty fun together without committing to each other in terms of a bf/gf relationship.

I have 3 fuck buddies. All of them are married / attached. Other halves are swingers but work timetables mean free time!
I have set ground rules with all mine. We are free to see other people, a one on one, and or play as a mmmf with all of us as we quite reg do

My 1st fb on here was complicated coz feelings got in the way. A suggestion we only sleep with each other came up. Got pissed off with the thought of me and some one else. Which was fine coz sex with him was amazing. We spoke everyday. And spent nights together. To then find out he was fucking half of fab An whoever else. But hid it all. Not cool!! Now my new fb is a delight. Strictly friends 1st. We don't talk bout going with anyone else. But Would it be a problem? I Doubt it. Aslong as there's honesty!
Reason the 2nd one works is coz we don't talk everyday and don't spend nights together. He is the perfect friends with benefits.. |

Me and A started out as FB'S, as we're both married, but I think we're more FWB'S now, as we communicate every day, and socialise in the same group at times. We are friends, who meet for sex fairly regularly.

I have an fb who I communicate with on a daily basis, sometimes about sex, sometimes about life in general. We try and meet on a regular basis, weekly if possible but not always.
We both meet others and always tell each other.
Works well for both of us
