Hey Fabbers just a quick debate
Meets on here I know everyone's has to start somewhere but there is so many time waters on here so we only meet verified people.
Everyone else the same ? Or have you risked meeting unverified newbies?  |

I've met quite a few unverified men before. Met them for a social meet first, somewhere that wasn't out of my way so if they didn't show then nothing lost. Never had any problems with this at all. The one and only time I've ever been messed around and stood up was by a well verified guy. |

We'd happily meet people without as we don't have any from others yet (we are photo verified though).
This is purely down to the fact that our experience so far is limited to meeting a few people from a certain other swingers site and a few club visits (mainly abroad), so it would be a bit hypocritical of us to expect verifications  |

well verified can mean something completely different to some folk.
I consider myself well verified..but for various reasons. Some people have verifications that really are only about the sexual meet. In most cases I've seen very well verified guys who are only really interested in a two pumps squirt meetup......if they get a 'better' offer, they most likely take it if it means getting their oats with not much effort.
I remember going to a party with a guy, he left within an hr or so...because there was no play happening...so he left and met someone for a bj.Shame..as the party kicked off brilliantly soon after hehe.
Despite being reasonably well verified..I didnt think much of his socialness or patience. |

I don't pay any attention to the way people are described in their verifications now, I learnt my lesson. Only really look at them now to see who've they've been verified by. |

We meet both but mainly verified. We tend to stick to the rule that if it's a newbie the meet/initial cost is in our favour so the only thing we waste incase of a no show is time. Also meet location is pretty local to us too, worked out great so far and we always pay our way when there if it's a hotel. |

Yes but our verifications that we all got proves that we are all genuine swingers! unverified people/couples/men/women who are unproven you always take a risk when meeting as you don't know for sure that they are genuine!  |

Yes but our verifications that we all got proves that we are all genuine swingers! unverified people/couples/men/women who are unproven you always take a risk when meeting as you don't know for sure that they are genuine! "
All I think a verification shows is that someone exists. And even then it's not foolproof. They can still be an absolute raging tosser. |

Relying on verifications to prove that someone is genuine or will turn up or is safe or a good fuck -or goodness knows what- is just bloody stupid. |

Oh, why, thank you! Didn't see that. Was difficult finding our first meet and almost got it very, very wrong. It's nice to meet genuine people who want to be a part of this scene, it's hard as a newbie, especially single males, but as said we have to have common ground. A back up plan in terms of finding something else to do is always important we've found just because of the possibility of a no show. |

Oh, why, thank you! Didn't see that. Was difficult finding our first meet and almost got it very, very wrong. It's nice to meet genuine people who want to be a part of this scene, it's hard as a newbie, especially single males, but as said we have to have common ground. I use veris as a filter and a security measure.
I'm glad others are happy to meet newbies, but it's definitely not my thing! |

Also, anybody can sign up for a couple of additional accounts and swap verifications. Don't know how many would be that desperate but after some of the stories I've heard on here I wouldn't put it past them. |

I have met a number of unverified new couples and women on here. All apart from one had the green photo verified tick though and all have been really good meets.
Everyone was new at some point and needed a first meet, so I see no harm in giving it a go. |

I will only meet unvarified people if I am going to a club. That way if it turns out to be a time waster I will still have a good night out.
Although at the moment I'm only meeting anyone at clubs as my free time is very limited these days and I'm not wasting a second waiting for no shows |

. I always ignore verifications because they are boring and always say the same thing . My judgement is made on the content of the profile . If the profile is short I assume that the member is a fake . |

Right now i'm pinning all my hopes on getting verified by going to the clubs. Even me being a single guy at 19 and non verified I keep running into time wasters. |

Have had some really nice meets and was offered to be verified but politely declined. Prefer my privacy and discretion over verification. Good things come to those who are good anyway. |

That's all true. However, sometimes too many verifications can be a little off putting. Time wasters are a sad fact of the scene and we've all probably had at least one experience of these people. |

I have 248 verifications, is that too many? Given the fact I have been on Fab for 6 years and went to many social nights out and clubs. I've also only had 1 person not show for a meet. Maybe people should look at their own vetting system rather than say others are timewasters... just a thought! x |

Thats true, and a lot forget that at times......have met an odd one myself, and never had a problem, as long as you talk on the phone first in my experience, then its ok |

I rarely meet single men but got chatting to somebody on here recently about clubs ! He was visiting my neck of thr woods and asked if I wanted to meet for dinner ! He was unverified and had only been on here a couple of weeks but I met him! Although only social, which I always do first meet. It was great evening and we had such a laugh! We have all been new on here and single guys get such a hard time on here ! |

I'm capable of using my own judgement in deciding who to meet: why on earth would the opinions of total strangers sway me?!!
I'm not being funny, I say the same thing every time this comes up. I find people's reliance on verifications strange. I met my other half on here: he was unverified! |

I find unverified guys are happy to meet for a social first, a few verfied guys don't.
The usual response is "I'm genuine, look at my verifications". I don't care about them, I'm meeting them not someone I've probably never met |

True, that's how I got some of my verifications (on a previous profile) but, I only built up the confidence to go to a club after I'd had a few one-to-one meets through fab. So back to my original point - if only verified people were to meet on fab how would many new comers ever get into the scene? |

I find it very hard to get verified, i have skype and want to be part of what fab has to offer but continue to get declined... over here in america is not as open as you guys in scotland and the uk....it would be nice to hook up with who comes to miami or orlando to visit and know i have already skyped with you....its the best way to get verified and plus its safer and more comfortable... i feel if i meet you on skype its more easier for our meeting in person if we decide to |
