I think it's down to the personality but generally I find I am drawn to older guys and women similar age to me

We have an age limit however it depends really on the person I have met much older... not sure about much younger I wouldn't want to feel like I'm with one of the kids mates would feel wrong

Age gaps between other people don't matter to us at all, to us age is irrefutably a number but the size of the number is significant.

Age does matter to me - as evidenced by our age restrictions.

I like meeting with people who have similar experiences to my own and I also tend to be more attracted to people around my age.

Marc is more flexible, but I was the one who got to set the age restrictions.

I used to think that i wouldn't be into older men but then I realised its not the age really it's if I'm attracted to them, there are some mighty fine older men out there, like there are some younger men out there that don't do it for me, so my rule of thumb now is if I find them attractive the age doesn't matter

I don't have an age bracket for Fab but early 20's to late 40's is usually the ages of people I meet.

In the real world, I don't think I'd settle down with anyone too far away from my own age.

Age is certainly more than just a number. Count the wrinkles! But does age matter? Not to me - I have played with men from their twenties to their sixties. It is how attractive I find them that matters.

It matters to me... But Mr doesn't mind as much.

We have met all ages in clubs but if someone outside our age range tried to message I'd say thanks but no thanks x

Younger I really struggle with... And guys that look over a certain age I find myself thinking sorry but I can't

It never has to me as I've always been attracted to men older than me, we have a 15 year age gap and no one can really tell as he's massively into the gym and looking after himself. We recently got asked if there was an age gap - I didn't know whether to be insulted or not

it's not about age if you don't act tools or too young it's about attraction for me and regardless of age I'm either attracted or I'm not.

I prefer plus or minus about 10 to 12 years really but always happy to flex a little either way. Too young feels a little bit sinister (yeah I know it's all legal and everything ..) and too old is, well, too old ..

But for the right people I guess age is indeed just a number!

Happy to meet older, up to 60, I suppose.

Can't be doing with younger men, though. I don't know why. I find personalities attractive, not pretty faces. I just feel as though we have nothing in common.

I've just checked the age range on my profile and it was +/- 15 years.

I think I set it so because when I joined Fab I thought +15 years would be max age of a person that would attract me and by that rationale I should set the younger limit to same age gap.

Age does not necessarily define a person in any way but it is a guide. I have met people outside my age range because the 'getting to know you' dynamic was right. It is not a hard and fast requirement of mine but ... oh hell I've just talked myself into removing the damn age range

Yes age does matter to me. My age range on here isn't 100% set in stone but it is a preference, I have played with younger and older but my aim is to only meet those within my age range.

Wow, some hugely encouraging responses in here and several from ladies/couples quite close to me.

Age makes no real difference to me, as each has its own, special appeal.

As a general rule, I have always fancied older women... but they're all my own age now!

I've met people from 25 to 60 on here and loved every different minute with all of them.

I'm drawn to innocence, youth, no responsibility and no baggage...so for me only younger guys will do. Prefer mid twenties myself. Never been attracted to anyone older than me for some reason.

i dont seek out those under 29 because i have kids in their twenties.. if i met younger in a club and the attraction was evident then i wouldnt be asking their age..same as those over 55.. and this has happened and im very happy it did..but i wont seek on paper what in general doesnt appeal . rules however are made to be broken..so i dont have them..more like guidelines

We tend to use age limits on here just to define a broad range we are likely to be interested in. When we are at clubs, we don't go round asking! It tends to be looks, figure and personality and for the girls a nice smile
