People are allowed to post what they wish photo wise on their profiles (provided they don't breach sites photo policy).
If it was a problem then admin would block all photos of bareback activity surely?

OP, if condoms work then it will not matter if you have sex with him after he has barebacked others; so long as you are not doing it bareback. If condoms do not work then you are vulnerable anyway; whatever he has done.
