I messaged someone today thinking I wouldn't get a response purely because after reading their profile and seeing their pics I assumed they'd be inundated with messages from
Every man in the site.
My message was a simple one and polite and although my opinion was never in a month of Sunday's would I get a response at all let alone a positive one, however said person responded with such a lovely and well written response that was both polite and sweet. Telling me that the only reason she wouldn't be interested would be the distance gave me the shock of my life tbh. She also gave me renewed faith in fab and helped me realise I had become a little cynical. So although I can't means this person I hope she reads this and realises that her few responses she's sent have renewed my faith in the site and had made me realise that manners and politeness with no expectations is the best way to be.

Lol... I'm not meeting atm really. I'm just here for the social side of things as my time is being eaten up all over the place and
My plans can change quite rapidly so I consider less reliable than normal atm. It was just nice to get such a well written and considerate message to a compliment. Was a nice change |

As long as you're polite, don't send a cock picture and they're not fake or the male half of a couple, I've found I generally get a polite message back, even if it was just a no thanks.
All the whinging threads are from rude people with either a shit profile or no/all cock pictures. |

A polite no thank is always fine with me. I'm a man that believes that politeness is a virtue. And I am certainly aware I'm not everyone's cup of tea and I think the person I messaged is a true diamond and an absolute credit to this site.
