In general I don't like tattoos so I couldn't say they make someone hot for me.
However, I recently met a guy with a full leg of tattoos. I had no idea they were there and when they were revealed I found it really hot.

I'm not getting mine to look sexy. They may not be the best in the world but they are good enough for me, I'm not bothered about what other people think of them as I didn't get them for other people 
I don't really pay much attention to tattoos on other people, but I have to admit that I had offers from a tattooed guy and I turned him down because he was absolutely covered in them. Normally that would be fine but they were all over his neck and on his face. The only reason I can think of as to why I was put off is that the neck and face tattoos pushed my brain's view of him into looking like a thug, so not sexy and actually made me feel uneasy  |
