Seems to me that not as many people like people in suits as they once used to? Men and women.
Personally...a woman in a fitted jacket and sleek dark trousers and heels is a hot look.
So are you a fan of guys or girls in a suit? Ladies, if you're not a fan of a guy in a suit is it because it's become more rare for a guy to get properly fitted for one so it's just looks too big?
I love my fitted suit...made to measure but sadly 5 years ago and annually requires a lot of work to remain made to measure!! |

For me I cant stand a guy in a suit it doesnt matter how well its fitted. I like a guy in jeans and a t-shirt or possibly a shirt. S wouldnt ever wear a suit either ge detests them and he cant stand women suits either especially not trouser suits. But each to thier own |

A man in a suit for work is fine, I wouldn't expect a guy to turn up for a meet in a suit I feel that way to over dressed, for me a suit is a work look not a going out and being relaxed look |

The 'business woman' look is very sexy - I love a professionally dressed woman but it's definitely on the decline where I work, far more are casually dressed.
I don't particularly like being suited up but I am for work. At home and out socially I'm more of a jeans and top man, although I do try and wear shorts for as long as I possibly can through the Spring to Autumn! |

It's actually quite difficult to buy a good business suit with a skirt these days. I thought about having one made, last time I was doing a trade show, when I try to wear something different each day. I have one trouser suit that I feel OK in, but most suits I've tried on recently have been bland to the point of invisibility (which is not quite my style, really!)

I've worn a suit with tie for a meet before. At the ladies request I'm happy to oblige. I will always ask the lady to wear things that please me, so always happy to do the same!

Well fitted is the key term in this thread. Some people can wear a suit and still look like a bag of shit. A lot of the time it is also how the person holds themselves. A well fitted or tailored suit should hold the person in a good posture and accentuate their physique. |

Prefer people in their daily attire, what they'd wear out and about. Wearing a suit doesn't express personality to me, other than they may be trying to impress; so their ordinary clothing is my preference, as I'm not going to dress all fancy unless going somewhere worth getting all dressed fancy for. |

I used to have my suits tailor made years ago, it was a time when the in thing was to have a mohair suit , my favourite one was my black mohair suit and my grey prince of Wales , sadly things have changed and it all seems jeans and t shirts are the in thing , if you go out in a suit people think u are over dressed , having said that when I have decided to wear one I have been told that I look really nice, and even sexy lol , that's a great complement at my age , I personally think in a way men will look sexy in a suit as women look sexy in a nice dress , but thats just me all the very best , brian |
