I would rush home and post on the forum asking what to do rather than tell the lady in question as politely possible that she seemed to have a problem.

If people bathe regularly they rarely smell unpleasant unless they have a problem such as an infection.

You can tell a dirty person, if they haven't washed for a while they are going to smell all over not just between their legs, in which case I'd just leave, and tell them why if they asked, I have no issue being honest with dirty people, if they seemed clean but had intimate area smells the chances are they may just have a strong smell or a issue out of their control in which case I'd leave politely

As an ex midwife, I have smelt my fair share of Bacterial Vaginosis. If someone smells like tuna, it doesn't necessarily mean they are dirty...BV is non discrimintive and affects clean and dirty fannies!

Very often the lady doesn't realise how accrid the smell really is and she needs to know as it won't just go on it's own; eventually it may need antibiotics. So personally if I was playing with a lady, I would have to say something, but in a sensible way of course!

It has happened to me far too often. At least one in three times. I prefer going to clubs now as it's easier to move on. Bad breathe though is a far more common problem. I am really smell sensitive and make sure I only smell of good stuff. I used to love meeting for spontaneous sex, now I only meet socially first.

Bacterial Vaginosis is not an infection and can be treated quite easily. The problem is that many women can get it and not know because it occurs right inside. The first time Delight got it she was quite upset thinking it was a STI.
