Hi if anyone or couple is going new years eve and are passing peterborough could you let me know as really want to go will share petrol and expences.

We will probably be going but if we do we will definately be staying in a local hotel. Can face there and back in the same day anymore.

The Other Boleyn Girl is my next book on my reading list - I cant wait. I am a bookworm and am never happier than when Ive got at least 4 books lined up for my next reads

The other boleyn girl is my fave read it over and over so much better than the film even went to hampton court palace when tudor exhibition was on. Love the queens fool and the virgin's lover Give me some Of Robert dudley.

Can I just go back to the other thing but then ill fast forward onto Shaz's new year. I have never read any of Philippa Gregory's book, and the write up sounds great, but are these books easy to get into

Just do what I do I go round the book shops write a list of what I fancy and take it to my local library. Saying that the other boleyn girl is on bbc 2 wednesday at 9pm

I am an idiot - its official.

I mistyped on this thread and typed the word "anyway" instead of "anyone". I wanted to get the thread back on track in relation to Shaz's request for a lift and not for that to be lost amongst the book reviews. It completely changed the context and I am truly sorry that by mistyping words and not checking what I wrote, that there was a misunderstanding. Im sorry Shaz, I know its all worked out for you anyway, it really is a shame I wont be there, Id like nothing better

I've just finished reading a book by Michael Jecks, not heard of him before but it was very good - set in the 1300s and it's a whodunnit type.

They are doing re runs of twin peaks on the horror channel and have pulled my old copy of fire walks within (laura palmer ) story and cant put it down love it. Very freeky with loads of twists and turns.

I am very excited to be saying that I'm coming now too. Thanks to shaz. Yay, all excited!!! Oooh can I get a new corset delivered in time, off to shop. Double yay
